Villa Lucciola is the perfect solution for those who wish to have a once-in-a-lifetime experience surrounded by nature. With its characteristic 1935 exposed stone construction, the Villa offers its guests 400 square meters of elegance and maximum comfort in one of the most beautiful places in Italy: Stresa, one hundred meters from the shores of Lake Maggiore.<\/p>\n

Due to its location every day it is possible to travel to various tourist locations around the Lake, either by own means or by public transportation (boats, buses, trains, rental cars and bicycles). In just 20 minutes on foot you can reach the center of Stresa and within minutes easily access all amenities: bars, restaurants and the Lido di Carciano for an unforgettable visit to the Borromean Islands.<\/p>\n

Basically, on the day of arrival, the apartment is ready by 4<\/strong> pm and we are available until 7<\/strong> pm. Please kindly notify the manager about the time of arrival, for other needs just agree together.<\/p>\n

On the day of departure, please vacate the apartment by 10:30<\/strong> am so that cleaning can proceed smoothly.<\/p>\n

By booking the apartment, it is assumed that the house rules are recognized and confirmed. We wish you a pleasant stay with lots of fun, relaxation and recreation.<\/p>\n
