The house rules you are about to read are intended to be a support for a harmonious stay. We have listed some rules and hope that, with understanding, they will be followed. With respectful use of the apartment you will help us to be able to provide a comfortable vacation accommodation in the future as well.<\/p>\n
If there is anything in the apartment that is different from what is listed on our website or if you need help, please do not hesitate to contact us. All items in or forming part of the apartment that are on the balcony or terrace may be used by guests. All fellow travelers must abide by these rules of behavior.
Each guest presents in the facility, upon arrival, is required to show a valid identity document for registration, according to current legal regulations.
The data you provide will be processed in compliance with the confidentiality obligations regulated by the regulations of Law no. 675 of 31\/12\/1996.<\/p>\n
Those who use the kitchen are required to rewash and tidy up. <\/span><\/p>\n Separate waste collection. We separate into: organic, plastic, cans, glass, paper, and residual waste. Garbage cans are located outside the premises themselves. To make it easier for you to sort, find special bags on the balcony and an organic container under the kitchen sink.<\/p>\n Generally, smoking is not allowed in our apartment. However, on the balcony you can smoke quietly.<\/p>\n Entry and exit from the facility are free Please close the door each time you enter and exit for everyone’s safety Please do not dispose of hygiene products and or meal leftovers in the toilet.<\/p>\n In the spirit of good neighborliness, we ask that night rest be respected from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m. .<\/p>\n No one intentionally damages things, but it can happen to anyone that something breaks. We would be grateful if you would inform us immediately of the damage that has occurred so that it will not be discovered only after your departure by doing the final cleaning.<\/p>\n Windows and doors should be closed at the time of exit to avoid damage that may result from bad weather. Please make sure that for the period of absence the light and air conditioners are turned off . Environment and host are grateful. The host is not responsible for guest’s valuables.<\/p>\n on the day of arrival the apartment will be ready by 4 p.m. and we are available until 7 p.m. for registration. Please kindly always notify the manager about<\/b> your arrival time<\/b>, for other needs just agree together.<\/p>\n On the day of departure, please vacate the apartment by 10:30<\/strong> am so that cleaning can proceed smoothly.<\/p>\n Vacuum cleaner, Iron with ironing board, clothesline, umbrellas, copy service, printer.<\/p>\n Not included<\/strong>: (upon request) N.B. Like all tourist hotel facilities, we do not accept people under the age of 18 years unless accompanied by parents during the stay and in any case provided with identification.<\/p>\n By booking the apartment, it is assumed that the house rules are recognized and confirmed.
