Hospitality of 4-legged friends.

We are happy to welcome small and medium-sized 4-legged guests to our facility.
All guests who wish to spend a relaxing time with their four-legged friends (dogs, cats, etc.) may bring their pets with them, but out of respect for other guests and common rules of hygiene, pet owners must make sure that they comply with the following:

• The presence of the 4-legged guest must be indicated at the time of booking;
• The facility reserves – at its own discretion – to accept the pet (dog, cat, etc.) also based on the presence already in the facility of other guests with animals;
• The owner must be properly equipped for the welfare of their 4-legged friend;
• In the garden, the animal cannot be left unattended;
• The owner must ensure that their pet does not disturb other guests or cause damage to the facility;
• The 4-legged friend will not, for obvious hygienic reasons, be allowed on the bed and couch;
• It is not allowed to leave 4-legged guests alone in the rooms during the entire stay (day and night);
• It is compulsory to use the special bags to collect the needs;
• All expenses for damages caused by the 4-legged guest are the full responsibility of the guest.

We believe these are simple principles of good manners that do not in any way diminish the love one may have for one’s pet, but only basic rules that unfortunately are not always followed.
The cost of the pet’s stay varies according to size; this cost is due to the need to clean the room more thoroughly and with appropriate detergents and sanitizers to guarantee subsequent guests.
